We have implemented the regular and fast track merger from the stage of due diligence to the stage of Drafting of Scheme for Merger or Acquisition or Demerger, process execution and representation before the National Company Law Tribunal for approval of scheme of merger and acquisition. We have been actively engaged in the assignments of Joint Ventures and other reconstruction arrangements dealings.
